Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at team@theisraelstore.com with your order number.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, it will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All original materials must be included
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust refunds in cases of misuse, abuse of our return policy, or where items are not returned in their original condition.
Deductions from Refunds
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during shipping or return may also be deducted
If applicable costs exceed the value of the returned item, the refundable amount may be reduced accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for cancellation or return:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods (such as food items)
- Opened or used personal care items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@theisraelstore.com.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
