Customers in the European Union may withdraw within 14 days of receiving their order, and customers in Israel may cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, section 14C. After you submit, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email and send you the return instructions. You can also withdraw by emailing team@theisraelstore.com with your name and order number.
