This Limited Warranty applies to watches purchased directly from The Israel Store (the “Company”).
By purchasing and using this product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
The Company provides a limited warranty for a period of eighteen (18) months from the original date of purchase.
Under this warranty, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the internal watch movement if it is determined to have a manufacturing defect.
This warranty is strictly limited to the movement mechanism only and applies solely under conditions of normal, proper use.
2. Conditions for Warranty Eligibility
To be eligible for warranty service, the customer must:

Provide valid proof of purchase

Ensure the watch has been used under normal conditions and in accordance with standard care practices

Not have opened, altered, or attempted to repair the watch
The Company reserves the exclusive right to inspect, evaluate, and determine whether a defect qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this warranty.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover, and the Company shall bear no responsibility or liability for, any damage or loss resulting from:

Theft, loss, or disappearance

Acts of God or natural disasters

Accidents, including but not limited to shocks, drops, impacts, dents, or improper handling

Water or moisture damage resulting from improper use, including but not limited to failure to properly secure the crown
-
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or deterioration of materials
-
Battery depletion or replacement
-
Improper use, negligence, misuse, or failure to follow basic care instructions
-
Any form of unauthorized servicing, modification, disassembly, or repair by a third party
Any of the above circumstances will immediately void this warranty.
The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether any damage falls within the categories of misuse, improper use, or unauthorized intervention.
4. Voidance of Warranty
This warranty shall be deemed null and void under any of the following conditions:

The watch has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by any unauthorized party

The watch shows signs of external damage inconsistent with a manufacturing defect
-
The issue arises from conditions excluded under Section 3
No exceptions will be made.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the movement as outlined in this policy

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or any financial loss

Under no circumstances shall the Company’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product
6. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact the Company and provide:

Proof of purchase

Description of the issue

Supporting photo or video evidence
The Company reserves the right to require the product to be returned for inspection prior to approving any claim.
All determinations made by the Company regarding warranty claims are final.
7. Goodwill Policy (Non-Binding)
In cases where the warranty does not apply, the Company may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, offer a replacement, repair, or discount as a gesture of goodwill.
Such gestures do not constitute an admission of liability and do not create any ongoing obligation.
8. Governing Terms
This Limited Warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
