Watch Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies to watches purchased directly from The Israel Store (the “Company”). It is given in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee for faulty goods under the laws of Israel, the European Union and your US state, and it does not limit or replace those rights.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

The Company provides a limited warranty for a period of eighteen (18) months from the original date of purchase.

Under this warranty, the Company will repair or replace the internal watch movement if it has a manufacturing defect.

This voluntary warranty covers the movement mechanism under conditions of normal, proper use.

2. Conditions for Warranty Eligibility

To be eligible for warranty service, the customer must:

Provide valid proof of purchase
Have used the watch under normal conditions and in accordance with standard care practices
Not have opened, altered, or attempted to repair the watch

The Company will inspect the watch to confirm whether a defect is a manufacturing defect, and will explain its decision to you.

3. Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or loss resulting from:

Theft, loss, or disappearance
Natural disasters
Accidents, including shocks, drops, impacts, dents, or improper handling
Water or moisture damage resulting from improper use, including failure to properly secure the crown
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or deterioration of materials
Battery depletion or replacement
Misuse, negligence, or failure to follow basic care instructions
Unauthorized servicing, modification, disassembly, or repair by a third party

This Limited Warranty applies to the internal movement mechanism and does not cover the watch band, strap, or external components. Faults in those parts that existed at delivery remain covered by your legal guarantee.

4. Voidance of Warranty

This Limited Warranty does not apply where the watch has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorized party, or where the issue results from a condition excluded under Section 3.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the movement. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your statutory rights.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, contact team@theisraelstore.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and a photo or video if you have one. We may ask you to send the watch for inspection.
