Do we want to be on God’s side or against Him?
That’s the question behind one of the most important promises in the Bible. It’s a promise God made to Abraham, the father of the Jewish people. And it’s not just about history. It’s about now. Right now.
“I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” — Genesis 12:3
This isn’t a suggestion. It’s not a poetic line. It’s a direct message from God. And He meant every word.

God Chose Israel
A lot of people have a problem with Israel. Some don’t like that it’s a Jewish state. Some don’t like its politics. Some just hate it because it exists.
But the truth is that God chose Israel. That’s not up for debate. It’s not based on Israel being perfect. It’s based on God keeping His word.
God picked Abraham. He promised to make a great nation from him. That nation is Israel. The Jewish people are not a mistake. They are not temporary. They are not replaced. They are chosen.
You don’t have to like how God runs the world. But you do have to answer for whether you obeyed Him.
What Does It Mean to Bless Israel?
Some people think “blessing Israel” means sending money and getting rich. That’s false. This is not some spiritual business deal. You don’t bless Israel to get stuff. You bless Israel because it’s the right thing to do.
To bless Israel means you speak well of her. You defend her when she’s lied about. You pray for her peace. You support the Jewish people. You stand up against antisemitism. You care about what God cares about.
When God sees that, He responds. Not always with money or comfort. But with His favor. His attention. His presence. And honestly, that’s better than anything money can buy.
Right now, Israel is under attack with lies. People call it an “apartheid state.” They say Jews stole the land. They compare Israeli soldiers to Nazis. It’s disgusting.

What’s worse? Many people stay silent. They don’t want to get political. They don’t want to offend. So they say nothing.
But silence helps the enemy.
The Bible says in Psalm 122:6:
“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May they prosper who love you.”
It doesn’t say “stay neutral.” It says to pray. To love. To care. If your community ignores Israel, it’s ignoring God’s word.
God Still Keeps His Promises
Some people say the Church has replaced Israel. That’s a lie. God didn’t cancel His covenant with the Jewish people. Romans 11 says the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. That means He doesn’t take them back.
Israel is still His people. The land is still their land. And the promises are still alive.
The return of the Jews to Israel is not random. It’s prophecy. It’s God preparing the world for what’s coming next. Don’t miss it.
When you choose to bless Israel, you’re standing with God. You’re agreeing with Him. That matters more than your job, your social media, or your reputation.
Will it cost you something? Maybe. Will some people mock you? That can happen. But ask yourself: would you rather be popular with people or right with God?
This isn’t about being rich. It’s about being faithful.
Israel is not going anywhere. God will defend her. The world may turn against her. But God never will.
And if you’re wise, you won’t either.
Bless Israel. Speak truth. Teach your children. Pray for Jerusalem. Stand with God’s people, not because it’s trendy, but because it’s true.
God said, “I will bless those who bless you.” That promise still stands. And so should you.

Yes, God has blessed the followers of Abraham and will support them until the Day of Judgment, but in reality, the followers of Abraham are now the same as the followers of Muhammad.

Well said dear brother.
I stand with the G-d of Israel and the people of Israel. Gladly bearing the price for preaching the truth of being grafted into Israel and honouring His commandments as i started thinking differently in our church community.
Praying for you dear Israel, Fear not.. G-d is with you…

I stand with Israel. God’s promise word is ever true and can’t change. Israel is God’s chosen people and they shall not be ashamed. God bless Israel
God’s word is all I need and that is the truth. I love Israel as God commands me too. May God continue to bless Israel.
When G-d is speaking of Israel – He is speaking of the people group. Not the land itself. Where He set His name is Yerushalim, and we are directed to pay for the peace of Yerushalim, Psalm 122. Abraham was not a Jew, but a Hebrew, one who crossed from death into life because of his belief. It was accounted to him as righteousness. Israel ( the people group) as it stands right now are those people Jew and Gentile (nations) alike who believe in Messiah Yeshua and who guard Torah are Israel. There are still some of Israel in disobedience. There are only 2 houses, The House of Judah (the Jews/Southern Kingdom) and The House of Israel – Jews/Gentiles- Southern Kingdom). In Ezekiel is where these two houses (sticks) Ezekiel 37:15-17 (in TLV translation) also see Jeremiah 3:18. The government in Israel is not what we are to bless. Are they moving by G-d’s direction? I do not believe so, there is a coming destruction as stated in Isaiah 17, right along with Damascus. I love the Jewish people and the Holy Land, but we must speak G-d’s truth and not man’s. When He says “bless Israel” Ge is speaking of a people group. Not real estate.
It’s so true, God Bless Israel!! Peace
I stand with Israel. I am a South African. Although our corrupt government do not agree Or stand by Israel my wife and I do because of God Word . Amen
