Cancellation Policy: What You Need to Know

1. Cancellation Before Shipment
   If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the item has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at team@theisraelstore.com with your order number. Orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

   • If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel and return the item within 14 days of receiving the product.
   • To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accompanying materials (if applicable).
   • Refunds will be processed in accordance with our return policy once the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Deductions from Refunds

   • Shipping costs incurred for sending the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
   • If the return requires additional shipping or unexpected tax fees (e.g., return shipping costs), these costs will also be deducted from the refund.

4. Exceptions to Cancellation

   • Certain items are not eligible for cancellation under the law. This includes:
     • Items that were custom-made or personalized specifically for you.
     • Products that are perishable or cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., food, opened cosmetics, or other similar products).
   • If a product is found to be defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue in line with your legal rights.

5. How to Cancel

   • Your full name
   • Order number
   • Reason for cancellation (optional)

6. Refund Timeline
   Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, provided all conditions are met. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
